Degree course mission
The mission of the course is to educate students in accordance with the needs of the information society and knowledge economy, capable of creating new values, social and cultural. The aim of the program is to provide students with the necessary skills to live in a society of permanent transformation, allowing them to maintain openness to change, innovativeness, intellectual mobility and the need for continuous learning throughout their professional lives, as well as to create conditions for the development and dissemination of innovative and entrepreneurial attitudes, while at the same time being value-driven.
The concept of education in the field of pedagogy is closely related to the existing formal requirements for conducting studies at a specific field, level and profile. The program includes detailed learning outcomes compatible with broadly understood professional practice.

3-year Bachelor’s degree, practical profile
The Bachelor’s degree program last 6 semesters and is focused on preparing graduates to undertake various activities in the field of pedagogy in specific specialties.
The aim of the program is to stimulate students’ cognitive activity and to prepare graduates for existence in specific areas of the labor market and to acquire qualifications and competences for the implementation of professional professional tasks related to the selected specialty.
Bachelor’s degree program in pedagogy pursues goals related to broadly understood pedagogical practice in various environments and in relation to different age groups.
A graduate of Bachelor’s degree program in the field of pedagogy has basic knowledge of pedagogy and, to the necessary extent, with the basics of its ancillary sciences, mainly psychology and sociology. In addition, the graduate acquires basic social skills and competences in interpersonal communication, pedagogical diagnostics, organizing own pedagogical workshop and designing and implementing activities in the selected specialty. The acquired competences are verified in the course of internships.
A graduate of Bachelor’s degree program has the competence to cope independently with typical tasks related to pedagogical activity, in accordance with the specialty, designing own problem solutions, implementing these solutions and their evaluation. The acquired competences allow to use methods of scientific cognition to recognize problems, diagnose educational phenomena and processes, and thus attempt to explain them and postulate solutions in typical pedagogical situations.
The education is provided as a form of lectures, training and workshops, including internships, that guarantees comprehensive theoretical and practical preparation for the profession.
Graduates are prepared to plan their own development and career.
